Notes and Condition Classification

All pieces have been hand selected for their beauty and are exquisite in their own way. If you are interested in an item in the gallery, please contact me for the item's notes and I will send them over to you. The notes will detail the item's price, condition classification, branding/maker information and any history and heritage that is known.

P  -  The item is in perfect condition as it was originally designed. It may have been restored but any restoration is invisible and the piece has been returned to its perfect state. 

B - The item is in beautiful condition. It may have been converted, altered or restored. There are no flaws on the item that are not intended to be a part of its new beauty. It is in near perfect cosmetic condition throughout and in full working order. 

M -  The item is in moderate condition. It may have some flaws that have been repaired but which will always be evident to the owner. and may reappear over time. These items share their cherished history with you. All flaws have been photographed and added to the items notes.

D -  The item is heavily distressed and any damage has been heightened to add to its beauty; telling the story of its heritage and wear. These pieces are likely to have many cosmetic flaws which have been carefully photographed.and included within the item's notes. The item is in good usable order and has been cleaned and reconditioned and is now ready to be loved again. These are my favourite pieces!

O - This is an original piece made from reclaimed goods. These items are one-off pieces that have been carefully handcrafted for you.

Authenticity and Packaging

I only work with genuine goods. When restoring branded goods or items with a makers mark, they are always throughly researched and authenticated.

All Clay and Cove pieces are carefully wrapped and packaged with our signature ribbon.
